Partner and co-founder of Maple Legal Services LLP, Gurpreet’s practice is focused on commercial financing, corporate and business structures, business acquisitions, real estate and wills and estates. He provides advice to a broad range of clients, including individual entrepreneurs, corporations, financial institutions, land developers and partnerships.
Gurpreet prides himself in his ability to communicate legal complexities in accessible language for his clients—in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. A member of the Law Society of Alberta he possesses immense knowledge in complex cases and holds a strong track record for success.
Chandan is one of the founding partner of Maple Legal Services LLP, with a specialization in commercial transactions, financing, project development, leasing and sale of real estate including commercial, industrial, retail, condominium and apartment projects. With a diverse background that includes a degree in computer science as well as a law degree, she has been a practicing lawyer in Alberta since 2014 and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi as well as English, Chandan is a consummate communicator who provides stellar representation to Maple’s diverse clientele.
Chandan enjoys travelling, listening music and spending time with her family when not working for clients.
Rosekamal Girdhar is an associate lawyer practicing in real estate law, commercial law, wills and estates. Rosekamal articled in our firm and became an associate lawyer after being called to Bar on July, 2023. Rosekamal has varied experience in real estate law, from helping clients buy their first home to investment homes. Rosekamal can assist clients with sales/purchase of asset, residential real estate, commercial real estate and wills and estates as well as other general matters. Rosekamal helps clients with language barriers as she is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
In her spare time, Rosekamal likes to spend time with her husband and two kids, trying out new culinary watching web series.
Karan Dhariwal is currently honing his legal acumen as a Student-at-Law at Maple Legal Services LLP, with a focused practice in Residential/Commercial Real Estate Law. A graduate with a Juris Doctor from Griffith University, Australia, Karan brings a unique blend of international legal education and practical business experience to his role, previously having served as an Account Manager with globally recognized Multi National Corporations.
At Maple Legal Services, Karan is involved in a variety of real estate matters, applying his knowledge to assist in transactions and developments that require meticulous attention to detail and a clear understanding of legal frameworks. His transition from the business sector to law provides him with a distinctive perspective on the commercial implications of legal decisions, particularly in the real estate domain.
